Meet our next finalist Eddison. At the intersection of fashion and philanthropy, you’ll find Eddison spearheading the way for women across England. As the youngest prom and pageant gown store owner in the country, she chose her own destiny and inspires other young women to do the same. Her entrepreneurial spirit has driven DressEd to grow exponentially and create sought after designers. Named the exclusive stockist of Diverse Style, her partnership with the international brand is a nod to Emam’s dedication to inclusivity. Raised in a mixed-culture household, she learned from a young age what it means to celebrate cultural differences!
The leadership skills she possesses have also enabled her to bring communities together through Project Prom. This initiative creates true equity and equality for high school girls as they gain access to premier gowns through donations so that they can attend their dream prom soiree. Hosting donation drives and fundraising events, Eddison’s passion for uplifting others is boundless
Furthering her service, she has aided in children’s mental wellness hospitals and has seen first hand the positive impact that early intervention can have on young people. She credits her hands-on business experience for allowing her to expand her impact for all women and calls others to find their passion and act on it to find their limitless potential.

At eight-years-old Antonia wanted to be a gynaecologist, after her infant school teacher introduced their class to the profession. Life was not as straightforward and faced with three failed attempts at getting into medical school, Antonia decided to maximise the opportunities presented to her. She pursued a degree in Human Biology and later a Masters in Physician Associate Studies after which she became a primary care practitioner with a special interest in gynaecology. Dedicated to empowering women to live healthy lives, Antonia qualified as a personal trainer and pilates instructor while also building Shiloh Living, her wellness community which was recently awarded LUXlife’s Women’s Wellness & Empowerment Community of the Year 2024.

Antonia is fuelled by faith, passion and purpose. These three qualities led her to never give up on the dreams of her younger self and 12 years later she made her first application to medical school – and has secured a place to study graduate medicine at Warwick University where she will finally fulfil her lifelong goal of becoming a doctor.

Antonia serves and represents the woman who has had to walk through her own health journey and the woman who is told she is too opinionated yet has a tug on her heart that she was built to be impactful for generations to come.

In every aspect of life, Cara finds value in hard work and when it comes to lifting self-esteem and encouraging women to have goals and achieve those goals, she leads by example.

As an elite athlete, she has competed at the highest level in the equestrian sport at the World Equestrian Games, on three occasions. As a creative, she released her debut album through one of the largest record labels in the world, Sony Music Entertainment, and has graced some of the most prestigious stages, including Coachella Music Festival. As an academic, she proudly holds a Masters in Sciences Health Psychology Degree from Kings College, London. This is testament to her unyielding pursuit of deeper human understanding with the aim of fostering wellbeing and empowering those around her. Cara plans to achieve a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.

When it comes to giving back, Cara launched her own initiative in 2014, Music Heal.HER. Music Heal.HER combines the healing power of music and psychological science aimed at empowering young women to stay safe in their environments from sexual abuse and equipping them with the skills to make the most of their lives.

Cara loves spending time with her family, and is equally as happy on the catwalk as she is mucking out her horse’s stable! Cara’s life journey evidences how she pours every inch of who she is into everything she does and her role as Miss Universe Great Britain will be no different, if given that opportunity.

Miss Universe Great Britain 2024 finalist Sharon is a media personality and award-winning women’s rights activist, currently serving as a broadcaster and a writer featured in popular British publications where her work predominantly revolves around advocating for women’s health and championing LGBTQ+ rights.
Sharon’s professional career includes seven years in central Government, where she honed her skills in policy making. Motivated by a desire to enact change, Sharon collaborated with the Home Office to introduce crucial safety measures targeting drink spiking in the night-time economy, coming to fruition in December 2023. This contributed to her inclusion in the prestigious Women in Westminster: The 100 list, celebrating influential women in the political arena.
As an ambassador for Refuge, Sharon spearheaded successful campaigns for the inclusion of the VAWG code of practice in the Online Safety Bill. This led to the first-ever conviction for sending unsolicited images earlier this year.
Recently, she launched her latest endeavor, ‘Give an X’, in partnership with the youth charity My Life My Say. This initiative aims to address the significant number of young people absent from the electoral roll, ensuring they are registered to vote ahead of the upcoming general election.

Helina, is the fifith of six children – and sees herself as an ordinary woman daring to do extraordinary things. She lives in Surrey and is employed by British Airways as cabin crew. Helina always wanted to be cabin crew and so she couldn’t be more thrilled to finally being in the job exploring the world and learning about so many different cultures she couldn’t be more thrilled. She believes that with hard work, a great attitude and consistency she can become anything that she desires in life. Helina, 33, has a love for pageantry having competed in pageants on three different occasions. For Helina it is about the experience and knowledge gained from being a part of these events and competitions. Helina has humble aspirations - her goal is to acquire her own land and build an estate that she and her family can live on in years to come. She would also like to be a part of positive change and development in her community and as she would put it “be a decent citizen”, being a part of something bigger than herself is important and that is her sole purpose and what motivates and drives her.

charlotte hill.

From an early age Charlotte was exposed to construction, as she would often spend the summer holidays on construction sites with her dad. She also helped to renovate her childhood home, by fitting new a kitchen and bathrooms from the age of 14. All the experiences she gained growing up, gave her an early passion for construction and property. Yet, Charlottee left sixth form to pursue a career in teaching.

During her first year at university, Charlotte worked two jobs alongside her studies, at a clothing store by day and delivering takeaways 6 nights a week, this enabled her to buy her first home at the age of 19. As her first home was a new build, Carlotte had site visits to see the progression, and when she went back onto a construction site, she had her lightbulb moment, and changed her degree.

Three years later, Charlottee graduated as the only woman in Construction Management, and gained a graduate Construction Assurance Managers role at National Highways. Since joining, Charlotte has attended many construction sites where she is the only woman. This has given her more drive to encourage more woman to pursue a career within construction.

Charlotte is also very passionate about dogs, in 2022 she took her four-year-old English Bull Terrier, Prince, to compete in the ultimate doggy pageant, Crufts!

Age: 33

Location: Norfolk

Bio: Alexa, as the saying goes, has lot of fingers in lots of pies. Her main vocation has been working with parents and children since the age of 16, currently as a rota nanny for three boys while also running her own business, The London Baby Coach. Through workshops and one-to-ones she offers expert advice on sleep science, educating and empowering parents on how to navigate those difficult early years. In her spare time, Alexa part takes in modelling for MOT models and continues her passion for helping others by pursing many volunteering activities. Over the years, she has focused on being involved with established organisations that help women, children, the environment and animals – where she’s done everything from fundraising events and beach cleans to overnight feeding of abandoned kittens. However in more recent years, her determination to empower women after experiencing her own trauma has lead Alexa to train in being a trauma specialist so that she can aid women during their healing journey. In the last year, Alexa started a campaign called ‘Books for Better’ for Solace Women’s Aid. The programme enables Alexa to give women and children access to self-help and empowerment books they might not otherwise be able to while they are in refuge.

Location: Glasgow

Bio: As a recently qualified doctor in the field of veterinary medicine, Alexandra returned to education as a mature student through unprecedented times managing to achieve the goal she set out to accomplish. It taught her to be present, to be resilient and to be timeless. Alexandra has been fortunate to travel and hopes to continue to do so when time allows, to help both animals and the younger generation of people to heal, grow and learn. Seeing not only what the land has to offer through community, culture, and on horseback but also the sea as a master diver aiding in a sustainable future. One of her passions lies in TV and documentaries having previously worked for the BBC, she hopes to continue to pursue this interest, taking the field of science and a love of animals along with her, getting people up off the couch and out exploring all that mother nature has to offer, while continuing to campaign for mental health awareness with the Love Her Wild organisation. Alexandra aims to inspire other women to pursue the aspirations they are truly passionate about, to help show them it is possible no matter how long it may take or what age you choose to begin. Any daydream can be turned into a reality.

Location: London

Bio: Allegra Seymour received her Bachelor of Fine Arts and Art History First Class Honours Degree from Kingston School of Art, London (2020). Driven by creativity, entrepreneurship, and a passion for sustainability, she founded an ethical fashion and handmade jewellery business, creating bespoke designs from repurposed up-cycled materials dedicated to saving the planet one unique garment at a time. Intertwining artistry with activism, her designs featured on the runway at Durham University Charity Fashion Show (2024), helping to fundraise £230,000 in aid of CALM, a charity very close to Allegra’s heart due to her own mental health journey. Allegra's altruistic spirit finds expression by sharing her artistic talents through tutoring vulnerable individuals, demonstrating the cathartic empowerment of art therapy. Gracefully balancing integrity with vivacious determination, both in her professional endeavours and personal aspirations, she resiliently lives each day exemplifying that life is beautiful and is always worth living. In recognition of her ethical practices and charity fundraising pursuits, she has been selected as a Miss Universe Great Britain Finalist (2024). Allegra's influence and impact extends into STEM, championing a strong advocacy for Women in Technology. In celebration of her empowering voice she is a nominee for the CRN Women & Diversity in Channel Awards (2024). As a multi-faceted individual, she enjoys exploring the world, immersing herself in new cultures, reading, surf-instructing, horse-riding, dancing, and frequenting art exhibitions.

Bio: Ana is a human rights lawyer by education, she spends her days as an academic at Oxford University on a mission to make the world a better, more sustainable place. Ana specializes in using investments to boost social and environmental sustainability, guiding state capital toward innovative businesses and social enterprises. Her work vibes with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs), especially those championing quality education, decent work, economic growth, industry innovation, climate action, and peace and justice. Empowering women is at the heart of what Ana does. One of her pledges is to support women teachers at a school in Cambodia, helping them access the resources and opportunities they need to thrive. She believes financial investments should not only bring in economic returns but also promote social equity and environmental sustainability. Her mission? To help create a fairer, greener future for everyone. When she's not buried in research, you'll find Ana hanging out with her family and her lovable Labrador, reading novels and writing. She's a chocoholic who loves to dance, and her perfect day out is a chocolate-tasting adventure!

Age: 34

Location: Lonndon

Bio: Angel harnessed her degree in fashion marketing and journalism into styling women re-entering the workforce. She highlights the importance of diversity with a tongue in cheek YouTube series titled ‘Plus-size Vs Petite’ on her channel, celebrating women of different sizes. As a part-time receptionist for a benefit corporation within financial services, Angel, alongside her colleagues, recently completed the Three Peaks Challenge to raise money for charities supported by the company. Inspired by the loss of her autistic brother in June of 2023, they raised more than £1300 collectively. Having appeared on Britain & Irelands Next Top Model, when Angel is not immersed in her philanthropic efforts, she struts her stuff in the fashion industry, with aspirations of working with brands that champion shopping sustainably. Angel aspires to assist organisations like Dress For Success, that uplift women and provide them with the resources to achieve economic independence by offering a network of support and professional attire.

Age: 28

Location: London

Bio: Azqa is an NHS doctor currently working in one of her favourite departments which is A&E. She is soon to start her GP training and complete a qualification in Cosmetic Dermatology and Aesthetics with the reputable @harley_academy as well as a diploma in nutrition with a goal to open her own clinic and skin care line. Azqa runs her platform @yoursistergram which aims to share information about female related social issues and the organisations available to help women. On her platform she interviews organisations as well as women with inspiring stories to create a safe and inspiring space for women. Throughout her career and having grown up and trained in the deprived areas of East London she has been exposed to countless social issues faced by women in society including domestic violence, poverty, homelessness, struggling single mothers and other difficult circumstances unsure where to seek help. She is passionate about wanting to give back and encourage young girls and women to push themselves to achieve their goals and raise awareness for difficult issues women face and bridge the gaps enabling more women to seek help with a view to tackle women’s social issues on a larger level. Azqa has volunteered in both Pakistan and Malaysia and will be travelling to India in June this year to volunteer at slum clinics to experience and expose healthcare in other underdeveloped parts of the world.

Location: Southend-On-Sea

Bio: Caroline Karason grew up in London but considers herself an ‘adventurer’ as she has travelled to more than 24 different countries over the years. She has a deep passion for learning about new cultures and customs and is inspired by artistic and creative expressions from all over the world as well as being inspired by people who demonstrate the ability to think abundantly. Previously, Caroline worked as a teacher in the UK and spent over a year in South Korea on a merit-based teaching scholarship. She also worked formulating for a FTSE 100 cosmetic and pharmaceutical company and has participated in many forms of volunteer work. Her involvement in various charitable activities reflects her dedication to creating a better world. Caroline is currently working as a musician and author under the artist name of ‘Red Charcoal’ and hopes to use her record label to provide short-term, location independent, flexible music contracts especially for women and/or mothers. She is currently studying a masters degree in business to help facilitate her ambition. By entering the Miss Universe Great Britain pageant, Caroline hopes especially to represent women over 30’s, women of colour, mothers, neurodivergent women and to inspire and empower whoever her story resonates with.

Bio: Christina is a dedicated women's mentor and advocate, profoundly impacting lives through her work with UYG (Unleash Yourself with Gladness), a community interest company. Here, she partners with survivors of domestic abuse, empowering them to rebuild their lives with newfound self-belief and essential business skills. A pillar of resilience and compassion, Christina embodies the belief that obstacles are merely stepping stones to success. Her motto, "If it's possible for one, it's possible for me," inspires both her and those she mentors to surpass boundaries and chase their dreams with passion and determination. Christina's own life reflects her deep commitment to learning and growth. After stepping up at just 18 to raise her three younger siblings, she later pursued a law degree as a mature student, marking herself as the first in her family to attend and graduate university. Her relentless pursuit of knowledge continues to fuel her journey as a life-long learner. In addition to her mentoring work, Christina runs a successful business as a wedding and portrait photographer, blending artistic vision with personal storytelling. Her multifaceted career is a testament to her dynamic approach to life—always learning, always growing and always inspiring others to do the same.
